Beth-Ann Martorello, CISA, CCSA, CRISC
President, Board of Directors

Beth-Ann is a Senior Vice President and Chief Audit Officer at AllianceBernstein (AB). There she directs the global internal audit activities (IA) of AB and its subsidiaries. With a global audit team (US, Europe & Asia), she is responsible for identifying and evaluating the financial, operational, technological, and regulatory risks associated with the firm’s buy-side and sell-side business activities. Beth-Ann also directs the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) testing process in support of the firm’s SOX 404 certification requirement.

During her tenure at AB, she has performed infrastructure, application, operational and financial audits, has conducted several fraud investigations, developed the Quality Assurance Program, drafted the Internal Audit procedure manual, performed internal quality assessment reviews of AB’s IA and other IA departments, and developed/implemented training/on-boarding programs, and IA applications. Beth-Ann is an Executive Sponsor of Synergy Nashville, the Women’s Employee Resource Group at AB. Beth-Ann is a member of Impact 100 Nashville and Is Vice President for the IIA Nashville Chapter.

Amna Osman, MPA
Chief Executive Officer

Amna Osman has 24 years of experience as a public health innovator and executive leader with an extensive background in all aspects of leadership and management. Prior to her current role, Amna was President and CEO at HAVEN, a domestic and sexual violence nonprofit in the Greater Detroit Area. She is the founder and president of Osman Consulting, based in Grand Blanc, Michigan, where she provided leadership development in the United States and overseas. Amna served as the Director of the Division of Health, Wellness, and Disease Control for Michigan Department of Community Health, and was responsible for operational oversight of the division which consists of Health Disparities Reduction/Minority Health; Sexually Transmitted Diseases; and HIV/AIDS Prevention Education, Care and Treatment; AIDS Drug Assistance Program and the HIV/AIDS Oral Health Program.

Amna was the Executive Director for the Flint, Michigan-based Wellness AIDS Services, Inc., the only AIDS Service Organization providing Prevention, Care and Treatment to people at risk of or living with HIV/AIDS. Amna worked for the United Nations Industrial Development Organization based in Vienna, Austria as a Senior International Consultant to promote and accelerate inclusive and sustainable industrial development (ISID) in developing countries and economies in transition to eradicate poverty focusing on Asian and African countries.

Amna was chair of the National Alliance of State and Territorial AIDS Directors based in Washington DC. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Stewardship Network, a conservation organization based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She is a board member of the Alumni Team for the Advanced Great Lakes Leadership Academy for Michigan State University. She was appointed by Governor Snyder to serve on the State Council for Interstate Adult Offender Supervision in Michigan. And she was recently appointed by Mayor Briley to serve on the Advisory Council to End the HIV/AIDS Epidemic in Nashville.

Amna is a graduate of the Great Lakes Leadership Academy, Leadership Advancement Program from Michigan State University. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the United States International University in San Diego, CA. A diploma of HIV Prevention Leadership from South Carolina State University & the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. A diploma of Leading Change from Macomb’s Executive MBA, School of Business in Austin, TX. She has a Master of Public Administration from the University of Michigan. She is currently working on her PhD in Leadership and Change at Antioch University.
